Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Assistant Nurse position must possess either a B.Sc Nursing degree or GNM qualification. Applicants with or without MOH/DHA License can apply for the recruitment.

Required Clinical Skills

Accommodation is provided free of rent. However, employees will need to share utility expenses such as electricity, water, and internet charges, which are estimated at approximately AED 100–150 per month depending on usage and the number of occupants sharing the accommodation.

Working Hours & Overtime
The work schedule consists of 15 days of duty per month, with each duty period extending for 24 hours. This amounts to a total of 360 working hours per month.
Candidates who work beyond the prescribed 360 hours will be eligible for overtime compensation as per company policy. This provides an opportunity for additional earnings depending on operational requirements.
