- One Year Food & Beverage Service Certificate/Diploma from a recognized institute
- Minimum 2 years experience in a 2-Star or above hotel
Housekeeping Staff
- SSLC Pass
- Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Accommodation Operations
- Minimum 6 months experience in a 2-Star or above hotel
Cook
- SSLC Pass
- Certificate/Diploma in Food Production/Cookery
- Minimum 2 years experience in a 2-Star or above hotel
Assistant Cook
- SSLC Pass
- Food Production Certificate Course
- Minimum 1 year experience in a 2-Star or above hotel
Receptionist
- Plus Two Pass
- Front Office Operations Certificate Course
- Minimum 2 years experience as Front Office Assistant/Receptionist in a 2-Star or above hotel
Kitchen Mate

Salary
Selected candidates will be appointed on contract basis and paid daily wages as per the prevailing Government of Kerala rates applicable to Class IV employees.
