WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in receiving and dispatching the shipments.
• Familiar with sorting.
• Familiar with preparing drivers' Runsheet. 
• Familiar with the loading and offloading process


REQUIREMENTS
•Good knowledge of using PDAs
•Good knowledge of MS Office
•Good in English
• 1 year experience in logistics



ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Sustain and improve long-term relationships with accounts. • Develop new sales with existing client accounts such as cross-selling and upsetting.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned clients.
• Ensure that clients receive requested products or services in a timely manner. 
• Clearly communicate the client's needs and demands to the company.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
Keep records of client transactions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to increase revenue.
• Maintain and update existing knowledge of the company's products or services.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve clients' SLAS and KPIs
• Collaborate with the sales team to reach and identify new opportunities.


REQUIREMENTS
• Good communication skills Good negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• 3 years' experience in logistics
