Educational Qualification & Experience

Candidates must possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. In addition, applicants should have three years of experience in the tool room of an Engineering Unit with exposure to Inventory Control. The experience should have been gained in a Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertaking, or a registered private sector undertaking under the Companies Act, 1956.

The required experience should be acquired only after obtaining the prescribed educational qualification. Candidates must upload the prescribed experience certificate while submitting the online application; otherwise, the application will be rejected.

Age Limit

Applicants should be between 18 and 40 years of age. Candidates born between 02 January 1986 and 01 January 2008 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation is available for OBC and SC/ST candidates as per Kerala PSC rules. Temporary employees working in Oil Palm India Ltd may also be eligible for age relaxation subject to the conditions mentioned in the notification.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of ₹35,600 – ₹75,400 along with other benefits and service conditions applicable in Oil Palm India Ltd. Probation will be governed by the company's existing service rules.
