CIAL Infrastructures Limited (CIL), a subsidiary of Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL), has released an official recruitment notification for the post of Plant Engineer on a contract basis. Eligibility Criteria

CIAL Infrastructure is seeking qualified Electrical Engineering professionals with practical experience in solar power plant operations and maintenance. Candidates can apply through either the Diploma route or the Degree route, provided they satisfy the prescribed experience requirements.

The educational qualification should be obtained from a recognized University, Institution, or Board approved by AICTE or other competent statutory authorities. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must produce valid equivalency certificates issued by the competent authority.

Only experience acquired after obtaining the required qualification will be considered. Apprenticeship training with remuneration in the relevant discipline will also be treated as valid experience as per the notification.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for the Plant Engineer post is 35 years as on 01 March 2026. Candidates exceeding the prescribed age limit will not be eligible for consideration.

Salary & Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹40,000. In addition to the salary, employees will be eligible for Provident Fund (PF) benefits and medical benefits as per the company's policies.

Contract Period & Job Location
