This role is ideal for a strong inclusion specialist who is ready to lead provision, support student progress, guide staff, and work closely with families to ensure every student is able to access high-quality learning.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Degree in Special Education
• UAE school experience
• Previous experience as a Learning Support Teacher
• Bilingual: Arabic and English
• Previous Head of Inclusion experience preferred
• Strong understanding of inclusion, intervention, student support, and UAE expectations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
