Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding workflows.
- HR Operations & HRBP: Handling plant-level HR Business Partner activities and daily operations.
- Payroll Management: Supervising payroll coordination and processing accuracy.
- Employee Engagement: Enhancing workplace relations, communication, and team activities.
- Training & Development: Identifying skill gaps and executing training plans.
Required Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, talent management, and payroll verification.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and professional communication skills.
