Senior Architect

The Senior Architect position is ideal for experienced professionals who are passionate about design and innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: You will be responsible for developing innovative and functional design concepts that meet the client's needs and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership: The role involves leading a team of architects and designers, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard.
• Client Interaction: You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and present design solutions that exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out in the UAE market.

Joinery Supervisor

The Joinery Supervisor position requires a blend of technical skills and leadership abilities. You will be responsible for managing the joinery workshop and ensuring that all manufacturing activities are carried out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workshop Management: Oversee all joinery workshop manufacturing activities on a daily basis, ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained.
• Team Coordination: Liaise with the project manager and managing director to ascertain weekly requirements and changes, ensuring that the team is well-prepared for upcoming tasks.
• Maintenance: Manage the maintenance and effective use of all machinery and equipment to ensure that work methods are efficient and of the highest quality.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out in the UAE market.
• Background: Must be an experienced Joiner or Foreman with a workshop background.
• License: Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license.
