Male Cleaners

As a male cleaner at Facilico, your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities. This may include offices, residential buildings, commercial spaces, and other properties managed by Facilico. Your role is crucial in ensuring that these spaces are clean, safe, and pleasant for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Waste Management: Ensure proper disposal of waste materials, including sorting and recycling where applicable.
• Surface Sanitation: Regularly sanitize high-touch areas like doorknobs, switches, and handles to prevent the spread of germs.
• Restroom Maintenance: Clean and restock restrooms with necessary supplies, ensuring they are always in a hygienic condition.
• Report and Record: Keep a log of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Facilico is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Preferred Nationalities: Indian, Sri Lankan, and Nepalese candidates are preferred for this role. However, the position is open to other nationalities as well.
• Visa Status: Candidates must be available for immediate joining. Those with cancelled visas or on visit visas are highly encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: The role demands physical activity, so candidates must be physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties efficiently.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory. Facilico provides training to all new employees to ensure they are well-prepared for their responsibilities.
• Attention to Detail: Cleanliness is all about the details. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
