KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER (Carrefour Specialist)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, category managers, and executives.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms to ensure alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
  • Forecast sales volumes, track performance against targets, and take corrective actions as
  • needed to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in key account management to continuously improve processes and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG industry, with a focus on Carrefour.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape, particularly within the hypermarket and supermarket segments.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
