KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER (Carrefour Specialist)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, category managers, and executives.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms to ensure alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
- Forecast sales volumes, track performance against targets, and take corrective actions as
- needed to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in key account management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG industry, with a focus on Carrefour.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape, particularly within the hypermarket and supermarket segments.
- Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
